Mrs. YILMAZ, Leyla has more than 20 years of experience in Banking Industry. She has served for the most reputable  Banks of Turkey as Garanti BBVA and TEB BNP Paribas. Throughout her career she has always been proud of being a beloved mom and wife that she believes made her succesful in whathever she had done. Mrs. YILMAZ, Leyla holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University Turkey and a University Diploma in Tax Policy Development and Execution from Abant Izzet Baysal University Turkey. She also has been involved in fashion, jewellery and gift design business and offered private services to people on individual basis in developing their personal collections. Currently she runs the design related services of the company, decides on the product types and selection. She also manages the finances of the company and fulfill the official and governmental procedures. She is the key contact within the company about the design and supply related issues. Besides her professional life Mrs YILMAZ, Leyla is highly interested in Art and Social Solidarity Activities focusing on the children. She organizes free training courses for talented children in need mainly about playing musical instruments, develops campaigns to support children suffering from covering the financial costs of their medical treatments.  

Mr. YILMAZ, Murat who holds a MA Degree in Spatial Planning from Blekinge Institute of Technology Karlskrona Sweden and a BS Degree in Civil Engineering from Bosporus University Istanbul Turkey has broad experience in large scale contracting works financed by reputable institutions like EBRD, EIB, KfW, and ADB in Balkan Countries Romania Bulgaria Poland, African Countries Algeria and Libya and Asian Countries Iraq Lebanon Russia and Kazakhstan. Mr. Murat also participated in Large Scale Real Estate Developments in UK, Turkey and Middle East Countries including Hotels, Residential Compounds and Villa and Holiday Resorts. His more than 20 years career covers references of a cumulative 5 mio m2 Construction for reputable clients with internationally recognized consulting companies. Having practiced every single title between being a site engineer to managerial positions Mr Murat is one of the key members of D-Alpi Team responsible for Business Development Activities. He is the person in charge to analyze the prospected jobs, organize the finances, and choose and decide on the Groups and Companies to develop mutual partnerships. Besides his professional life he has great interest in History, Literature and Sports. He is an amateur writer and poet, fluent in English, German and Turkish.
