The engineering capacity of D-Alpi stands from years of experience in both infra & super structural construction works all around the world in different countries and continents under various work weather political economical and logistics conditions carrying the whole spectrum of roles and working with global financial and consulting companies. That experience combined with a portfolio of successfully delivered projects has made D-Alpi professionals have a network of highly talented engineers and architects that can be quickly converted into a team when a project is undertaken. D-Alpi is not actively searching for Project Design & Management jobs but also not declines the ex-business contacts demands in getting involved in their projects & investments. The roles of D-Alpi professionals vary from simple scope services limited only to design control, engineering check, quantity survey, permit package preparation, A&E management, site implementation supervision, personnel selection, value engineering, material selection, method statement, construction scheduling, statical and mechanical design, tender dossier preparation to full scope project design and management.  

The Architectural and Engineering Design of Tripoli University Information Technologies Faculty has been undertaken as a full scope service. Three alternative plans are provided to the Client based on the USA norms. The plan selection is completed. Engineering & Architectural Designs are completed 3D renders and Videos are produced. The full set of construction tender documents will be prepared when the finances is secured and construction schedule is set by the Ministery of Education. 

The Design & Build Contract for 27 amphi-theatres for 27 Universities in different Cities of Libya in terms of light gauge frame steel construction to quickly built inhabitable education centers to replace the demaged ones during the civil war has been signed with Ministery of Education. The designs are submitted along with the budgeting. The site deliveries are pending.

A 4 story 9 Apartment and 2 Retail Shop consisting 35 years old building has been re-designed in two alternatives. First design is of 4 story wheras the second one is 8. The design includes full A&E sets and based on Kartal Municipality Regulations. The apartment owners final decision is pending for construction works
